What is a Scopecoat™?

Our patented Scopecoat™ made with the highest quality neoprene that is laminated with nylon (much like wetsuit material) that is used for protection against dings, scratches, dust, dirt and moisture. Scopecoat™ will protect the outside of the scope as well as keeping your lenses clear! NO LENS CAPS ARE NECESSARY WHILE USING Scopecoat™!

How do I know what size cover I need?

If you have a scope that is cylindrical in shape:

You will need to measure the overall length of the scope, have the objective size and note if the scope has tall turrets (focus adjustment knobs). Feel free to use our Scopecoat™ Ruler to help you figure out what size cover will work best for you {ruler-link}

What if I have a specific model like an EOTech or Trijicon which is uniquely shaped?

What is the difference between XP6 and a standard model like 2mm?

Our XP6 models are designed for scopes with tall turrets or for the most protection we can offer. Some models can not be made in this 6mm thick material.

Scopecoat™ will need to know what model you have..i.e.... EOTech 552 or Trijicon ACOG TA01. OR you can check out our Specific Model Covers to see if we have yours listed. If not, Call us! We are always working on new covers!

Can I use the Scopecoat™ in Storage?

Yes!! You can leave the Scopecoat™ Protective Cover on your scope while in storage or out in the field . No need to remove till you are ready to use.

Is the Scopecoat™ waterproof?

Scopecoat™ Protective Covers are not waterproof but very water resistant! You can use a "water repellent" spray if you know you are going to be in wet weather. Once you are done using the cover, just rinse out in the sink with a little dish soap and let air dry.. **DO NOT Wring , bend or fold the cover. It can hold a crease in the neoprene fabric.

Can I wash my Scopecoat™?

You won't typically need to wash your Scopecoat™ Protective Cover, but if you feel you need to, just rinse out in the sink with a little dish soap and let air dry.. **DO NOT Wring , bend or fold the cover. It can hold a crease in the neoprene fabric.
