 |  Too often in life we only hear from people and/or get feedback when we’ve done something wrong. It’s seldom in life that we get an at-a-boy/at-a-girl when we’ve done something right, or in your case... exceeded expectations. Well, here is a well deserved a-boy/at-a-girl:I just wanted to tell you thank you for the Binobib you made for my Leupold Wind River – Mesa 8x42 Binos (invoice # 7601). They work GREAT! Yes, it benefited you/your company because you used my binos to build a template you will keep on hand for future sales. However, I don’t know of another company that would do that without charging the customer. I started working with you guys about 2yrs ago to find a model in existing inventory to fit my binos and you have been nothing but hospitable and accommodating every step of the way. Even when I went without corresponding for a year (hunting and couldn’t give up my binos to send in), you immediately recognized me and treated me as... well, family. I am both highly impressed with the company’s work-ethic and greatly appreciative of all that you have done. Yes, it was only a few dollars... but it’s not about the money, it’s about “how” you conducted business and why. For THAT, I thank you, the management and the owner. Scopecoat’s business model is what we need more of in our great nation today, and what other businesses should strive to achieve. A company who is more concerned with their customer satisfaction than squeezing a couple more pennies into your profit margin... what a novel approach! Your customer-centric approach has ensured a not only return customer but also free positive marketing as long as I’m alive. From a purely business standpoint, I’d say that’s a good investment. From a personal standpoint, you’ve made a trusted friend. I have several friends with Scopecoats (have two myself) and know of one other with a binobib. | I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful group of people you are. I had a Scopecoat somehow come apart (seams parted) and you graciously replaced it for me on my Eotech mounted on my tactical rifle. That's going the distance as far as I'm concerned and I want you all to know how much I appreciated it. They aren't expensive and I was willing to purchase another but instead, you not only sent me a replacement but a couple of scratch pads as well. My firm does business solely with law enforcement as I am now a retired LEO after thirty-two years but still maintain my proficiency, etc. We service radar and lidar devices for law enforcement so everyone who is tactically oriented, always plays with my toys while they are here and the scope coat is something they all like and make favorable comments about. | A friend hired a moving company to move his gun safe with the intention of removing all the contents. I think you can guess the rest. | Bought my first Scopecoat™ for my Leupold scope before they started including them with new scopes. I used the Scopecoat™ for my primary scope cover for storage and for protection against the elements. The Scopecoat™ can be QUIETLY and EASILY removed and placed in your pocket w/o ever making a sound unlike plastic scope caps. I have since purchased Scopecoats for every scope that I own. What ever size scope you have they have a Scopecoat™ to fit it. I have also done business directly with the company and what a pleasure that was. | I have never used a product that is everything you want it to be and more. I have used Scopecoat™ for about 6 years and everything I put it on to protect from scratches or dings it truly works. | This is one really nice product especialy considering the competitive price. I did't have a chance to test it on the field yet for durability, but it really fits very nice and the fabric is good too. | Marines Dan, you were kind enough to send us some Scopecoats™ for our M4's and M40's. The coats have been saving our guns, and during sand storms they are critical. It seems sand just gets everywhere. But due to the snug fit of the neoprene Scopecoats™, they keep out all the powder fine sand. They're perfect; we have them on almost all of our guns. Well Dan, thanks for that letter I got in the mail prior to deployment and for the support for the troops. It's nice to have brother Marines all around to support the fight. | I purchased the Scopecoat™ for my Simmons Aetec 2.8-10 variable. The sizing was a purfect fit. The Scopecoat™ fits just snug enough to fit the scope without slippage, yet can be removed quickly with just one hand. The material is thick enough for protection during everyday use. | As far as i am concerned there is nothing to compare to the Scopecoat™ for scope protection. I carry my scope to the stand with me especially when using my climbing stand, I leave the Scopecoat™ on when I tie my rope to my rifle, after I have pulled my rifle up to where I am I take off the Scopecoat™, no water spots or leaves, or other stuff, just a rifle with a scope ready to shoot!
